Seagems Wins Petrobras Best Suppliers Award for the Fourth Time and Maintains National Leadership in Flexible Pipeline Installation

Company is recognized for the second consecutive year and solidifies its status as the top winner in the category in the history of the national award

Seagems, a Brazilian company specializing in subsea engineering, has once again been recognized as Petrobras’ Best Supplier in the Flexible Pipeline Installation category during the 8th edition of the Petrobras Best Suppliers Award, held last Thursday (30). With this achievement, the company reaches its fourth title in eight editions of the award, consolidating itself as the category’s top winner and reaffirming its technical and operational relevance as a benchmark in subsea solutions for the oil and gas sector.

The award acknowledges suppliers that stand out for superior performance in criteria such as safety, quality, on-time delivery, innovation, and sustainability in the supply of goods and services to Petrobras. The result reinforces Seagems’ operational excellence, which for two consecutive years has maintained national leadership in the installation and interconnection of subsea flexible pipelines—an activity that is strategic for the development of the oil and gas market in Brazil.

“Receiving this award for the fourth time and, especially, for the second year in a row, is a great honor for all of us. This recognition reflects Seagems’ ongoing commitment to technical excellence, innovation, and, above all, the safety of our professionals. Being the top winner in the category demonstrates Petrobras’ confidence in our ability to execute complex projects with efficiency and responsibility, generating value for the sector and for Brazil,” says Rogerio Salbego, CEO of Seagems.

In addition to strengthening the company’s reputation with one of its main clients, the award also reinforces Seagems’ operational maturity, which combines technical expertise, highly qualified teams, and a modern fleet dedicated to subsea project execution. Today, the company holds 36% of the national market share for flexible pipeline interconnection and installation, and maintains long-term contracts with Petrobras, with secured operations through 2028.

Seagems has continuously invested in technology, automation, safety, and professional development, pillars that sustain its sustainable growth strategy and its contribution to Brazil’s offshore industry.
