Seagems is composed of two companies within the same group capable of providing integrated, customized, and tailored solutions for the entire chain of engineering project structuring. These companies are Seagems Solutions and Seagems Offshore.
Specializing in practical solutions in underwater engineering, Seagems Offshore operates both on and under the seas, providing solutions to the various offshore demands of the energy industries. Its fleet consists of six vessels equipped with 12 remotely operated underwater vehicles.
Focusing on administrative management and operational
support, Seagems Solutions has a team of experienced and highly qualified
engineers to structure detailed studies and projects capable of solving the
most complex scenarios in the offshore market.
Specialized in practical solutions in subsea engineering, Seagems operates on and under the seas, bringing solutions to the most varied offshore demands of the energy industries. Its fleet consists of six ships equipped with 12 remotely operated subsea vehicles. The company is present in the cities of Rio de Janeiro, Rio das Ostras, Duque de Caxias, Macaé, Vitória, and Viena. It is 100% Brazilian and made possible through a joint venture between two multinationals with unparalleled importance in their markets: Sapura Energy Behard and Paratus Energy Services Ltd.
Paratus Energy Services Ltd. (formerly Seadrill New Finance Ltd. or NSNCo) is the holding company for a group of leading energy services companies. Paratus Group consists primarily of its ownership of the SeaMex Group, a 50/50 JV interest in Seabras Sapura and investments in Archer Ltd.
Sapura Energy (Sapura Energy Berhad) is one of the largest integrated oil and gas services and solutions companies in the world. Its range of services covers the entire upstream value chain, from exploration and development, through production, recovery, and abandonment.
