Personal data holder communication form

The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), in its Article 17, establishes that the data holder has the right to submit a request to Sapura, at any time, regarding:

I. confirmation of the existence of personal data processing;
II. access to the data held by the controller (Sapura);
III. correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
IV. anonymization, blocking, or deletion of data, provided they are deemed unnecessary, excessive, or processed in non-compliance with LGPD provisions;
V. portability of your personal data to another service provider;
VI. deletion of personal data when previously given consent is withdrawn;
VII. a list of parties with whom your data has been shared;
VIII. information on the possibility to refuse consent and its consequences;
IX. withdrawal of consent.
