Award reinforces the company’s contribution to people development and innovation in the oil, gas, and energy sector
Seagems was recognized in the “Outstanding Company” category during the CRIOS Summit 2025, an event hosted by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) on October 30 and 31. The award celebrates companies that have stood out the most within the innovation ecosystem of the Reference Center for Innovation in the Oil, Gas, and Energy Sector (CRIOS), especially in talent development and in meaningful contributions to the technological and sustainable advancement of the industry.
Seagems was honored for the impact of its training programs, the integration between engineering and applied research, and its close collaboration with educational institutions, strengthening the preparation of new generations of professionals. The award also recognized the company’s social and environmental responsibility initiatives, such as the Cleanup Day mobilization at Joana Beach (Rio das Ostras – RJ), and sustainability actions during the Rio das Ostras Jazz & Blues Festival, which resulted in the collection of more than 328 kg of recyclables and a reduction of 405 kg of CO₂.
